PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to the TechCoop app (hereby referred to as “Application“) for mobile devices that was created by TECHCOOP INVESTMENT & TECHNOLOGY COOPERATION JOINT STOCK COMPANY (hereby referred to as “TechCoop“).

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) forms an integral and inseparable part of the contracts, agreements, and the Application Participation Terms and Conditions (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) governing the relationship between you (“Customer”) and TechCoop and/or its subsidiaries and affiliated companies within the same ecosystem as TechCoop (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “TechCoop Group”, and each entity individually referred to as a “TechCoop Group Member”), as well as companies related to the TechCoop Group.

For the purposes of this Policy, depending on the context, TechCoop and/or any TechCoop Group Member may be collectively referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”.

1. Customer’s Data and Method to Collect Customer’s Data

1.1. In the scope of this Policy, Customer’s Data is all personal information of Customer (including but not limited to information relating to establishment, ownership structure, financial status, legal status, information on key personnel structure, the legal representative (“Legal Representative”), and personnel in charge as designated or assigned by the Legal Representative (“Designated Personnel”), …) and other information provided by Customer to TechCoop Group in forms, documents on the Customer’s registration dossier for the purchase of goods and the use of products and services with TechCoop Group and data in the process of Customers purchasing goods and services.

1.2. Customer data is collected through the following methods:

a) The Application collects information when you download and use it:

  • •

    Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)

  • •

    The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages.

  • •

    The time spent on the Application.

  • •

    The operating system you use on your mobile device.

b) Provided to TechCoop Group Member by Customer:

(1) In the following cases, the information includes those used: (i) to conduct transactions, account registration, log in, interact with TechCoop Group Member, purchase of goods and services; (ii) to participate in contests, games or events organized by the TechCoop Group Member; (iii) to use biometric functions to identify individuals and authenticate transactions; (iv) through customer care calls, complaints, promotions, consultations and recommendations ; and/or (iv) to conduct surveys, investigations, etc.

(2) The Customer hereby understands and agrees that calls, messages and/or other communications from and/or to TechCoop Group Member will be stored in a form including but not limited to audio recordings, video recording, automatically or actively, to assist in processing requests, updating information systems, improving service quality and other lawful purposes.

(3) The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided by the Customer is complete, accurate and up-to-date to ensure the interests of the Customer in accordance with the process of participating in the agreements with TechCoop Member Group. TechCoop Member Group will not be held responsible in case the Customer provides inaccurate or incomplete information pursuant to the provisions of this Policy, Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to the conditions for participating, the membership policies members, …. notified by TechCoop Group from time to time).

(4) In the event that the Customer provides the information of a third party, the Customer represents and warrants that the Customer has fully obtained such third party’s consent and approval for the Customer to provide information to the TechCoop Group Member and for the TechCoop Group Member on Data Processing such information, which will be subject to the terms and conditions in this Terms and Conditions.

(5) The Customer represents and warrants that the information that the Customer provides to the Company will not fall into any of the following types of information: (i) state secrets, (ii) business secrets; and (iii) any other information that the Customer is not permitted to provide in accordance with the laws or confidential agreements.

c) Information from other sources:

On the basis of approval from the Customer, TechCoop Group Member may collect Customer data from other sources, including service providers for Customer (including Zalo), partners, referral programs, when the Customer adds information of third parties in group chat, surveys, investigations, promotions or similar forms and other publicly available sources. When we collect personal data from other sources, we ensure that such data is transmitted to us in compliance with applicable laws.

1.3. The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

1.4. For a better experience, while using the Application, the TechCoop may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information of Legal Representative and Designated Personnel, including but not limited to name, email, phone number, Zalo (third-party service account). The information that the TechCoop requests will be retained by them and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of Collection and Processing of Customer Data

2.1. To verify Customer information, classify and appraise Customer to evaluate Customer and the Legal Representative and/or the Responsible Personnel in order that TechCoop’s Group Member grant debt limit for purchasing the goods, services to Customer.

2.2. To process orders, provide products, services or provide information at Customer’s request.

2.3. To review and monitor the Customer’s process of purchasing goods, using services, and making payments;

2.4. To manage the Customer’s account; verify and execute actions online; control, survey the transmission and use of data from the Application;

2.5. To improve the form and content of the Application, in order to adjust the Application to suit Customers.

2.6. To identify Customers to access Application, develop safety features, authenticate Customers and send service updates and administrative notices;

2.7. To prevent the activities that destroy Customer accounts or activities that impersonate Customer;

2.8. To fix software bugs and operational problems; to conduct data analysis, testing and research; and to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends;

2.9. To send Customer communications that TechCoop Group thinks will be useful, including information about TechCoop’s products, services, promotions, news and events, and other companies, where permitted and in accordance with applicable local laws; and to process contests, sweepstakes or other promotional entries and make any related prizes;

2.10. Contact and deal with the Customer in special cases;

2.11. To share for the credit information service organization in accordance with the agreement from time to time with Customer (if any).

2.12. To share for the other third parties with the following details:

  • •

    as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process

  • •

    when they have reasonable basis to believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request

a) Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the TechCoop in improving the Application and their service. The TechCoop may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

b) The TechCoop Group may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information in the following cases:

3. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

4. Data Retention Policy

The TechCoop will retain user provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you’d like them to delete user provided data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at support@techcoop.vn and they will respond in a reasonable time.

5. Children

5.1. The TechCoop does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 18.

5.2. The TechCoop does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The TechCoop encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The TechCoop encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission.

5.3. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the TechCoop through the Application, please contact the TechCoop so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

6. Security

The TechCoop is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The TechCoop provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the TechCoop processes and maintains.

7. Terms Of Processing Personal Data

7.1. Scope of Personal Data Processing:

a) “Basic Personal Data” means: asic personal information that helps identify a particular person, including: Last name, middle name and first name, other names (if any); Date of birth; date of death or going missing; Gender; Place of birth, registered place of birth; place of permanent residence; place of temporary residence; current place of residence; hometown; contact address; Nationality; Personal image; Phone number; ID Card number, personal identification number, passport number, driver’s license number, license plate; Marital status; Information about the individual’s family relationship (parents, children, wife, husband); Digital account information; Information associated with an individual or used to identify an individual not belong to Sensitive Personal Data.

b) “Sensitive Personal Data” means: personal data in association with individual privacy which, when being infringed, will directly affect an individual’s legal rights and interests, including: Data revealing racial or ethnic origin; Political opinions and religious or philosophical beliefs; Information relating to private life, personal secrets or family secrets; Health status; Biometric data and genetic characteristics; Data revealing an individual’s sex life or sexual orientation.; Data relating to criminal record or violations of law collected and stored by law enforcement agencies; Personal location identified via location services; Information on usernames and passwords used to access an individual’s electronic identification accounts; Images of identity cards, citizen identity cards or national identification documents; Usernames and passwords of bank accounts; Bank card information and data relating to bank account transaction history; financial and credit information and data relating to activities and transaction history in finance, securities and insurance of customers at credit institutions, foreign bank branches, payment intermediary service providers, securities and insurance institutions and other authorized organizations; Data relating to the monitoring of behavior and usage of telecommunications services, social networks, online media services and other services in cyberspace Other specific personal data that are required by law to be kept confidential or subject to strict data security measures.

In the process of collecting Customer’s information, TechCoop Group Member shall make it clear to the Customer what information the Customer provides to Us is Sensitive Personal Data.

“Personal Data” means information in the form of symbols, letters, numbers, images, sounds, or equivalences associated with an individual or used to identify an individual. The personal data includes general personal data and sensitive personal data. In the scope of this Policy, Personal Data that processed by Techcoop Group is the Personal Data of the Customer’s Legal Representative and Designated Personnel, which may include Basic Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data:

7.2. “Personal Data Processing”:

means: activities that impact on personal data, including one or or more of the following activities: collection, analysis, aggregation, encryption, decryption, modification, deletion, destruction, anonymization, provision, disclosure, transfer of personal data, and other actions affecting personal data.

7.3. Organizations that perform Data Processing for Personal Data:

  • •

    a) TechCoop;

  • •

    b) TechCoop Group Member(s) which connecting with and/or signing agreement and/or having transaction with Customer;

  • •

    c) The credit information service organization (if any).

  • •

    d) Other third parties, including but not limited to subsidiaries, partners of TechCoop, for many purposes that are not prohibited by law: marketing; improving the quality of TechCoop’s products and services; cross-selling; developing new products; developing TechCoop’s cooperation network; other purposes to improve benefits and utilities for Customers; analysis, evaluation and other commercial purposes.

7.4. Legal Representative and Designated Personnel ‘s Right to Personal Data:

    a) Right to be informed;

  • •

    b) Right to give consent;

  • •

    c) Right to access Personal Data;

  • •

    d) Right to withdraw consent;

  • •

    e) Right to delete Personal Data;

  • •

    f) Right to obtain restriction on Data Processing;

  • •

    g) Right to obtain Personal Data;

  • •

    h) Right to object to Personal Data Processing;

  • •

    i) Right to file complaints, denunciations and lawsuits;

  • •

    j) Right to claim damage;

  • •

    k) Right to self-protection;

The Customer represents and warrants that the Legal Representative and the Designated Personnel have been informed of the rights relating to the Personal Data Processing activities set out below, and have consented to such Personal Data Processing prior to the provision of their information to the Group, except where otherwise required or permitted by applicable laws.

7.5. Customer’s Obligations to Personal Data:

  • •

    a) Protect his/her own Personal Data; request relevant organizations and individuals to protect his/her Personal Data.

  • •

    b) Fully and accurately provide his/her Personal Data when he/she consents to the processing.

  • •

    c) Participate in dissemination of Personal Data protection skills.

  • •

    d) Comply with regulations of law on protection of Personal Data and prevent violations against regulations on protection of Personal Data.

7.6. Procedure for request to withdraw consent, delete Personal Data, obtain restriction on Data Processing; object to Personal Data Processing:

a) Legal Representative and Designated Personnel have the right to send the request to withdraw consent, delete Personal Data, obtain restriction on Data Processing, object to Personal Data Processing to TechCoop under the following information:

b) After the Customer fulfills all obligations arising in the process of purchasing goods and using services as agreement and TechCoop Group receives a request request to withdraw consent, delete Personal Data, obtain restriction on Data Processing, object to Personal Data Processing according to forms and submission forms prescribed by TechCoop Group from time to time, TechCoop Group will process this request of Legal Representative and Designated Personnel.

c) The Customer’s requests must be in writing signed by the Legal Representative and Designated Personnel, Customer with all the following information: Legal Representative and/or Designated Personnel ‘s personal information (Full name, date of birth, phone number, contact address, ID number, …), request content, time of request, reason for request and other contents as required by TechCoop Group from time to time.

d) The implementation of Legal Representative and Designated Personnel ‘s requests will comply with TechCoop Group’s policies on the basis of compliance with applicable laws.

e) The time limit for TechCoop to consider and process the request will be according to TechCoop Group’s policy from time to time on the basis of compliance with the provisions of applicable laws.

8. Changes

8.1. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The TechCoop will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes, except for changes relating to Data Processing of Personal Data.

8.2. This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2025-12-10.

9. Your Consent

9.1. By registering for and using any services and/or products of any TechCoop Group Member and submit the Registration Form For Participation TechCoop Application, you are deemed to have fully understood and unconditionally accepted all terms and conditions set forth in this Policy, in which including obtaining all necessary consents to enable the Organizations that perform Data Processing for Customer’s Personal Data.

9.2. By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by Us, except for changes relating to Data Processing of Personal Data.

9.3. Customer agrees irrevocably to including obtaining all necessary consents to exempt Organizations that perform Data Processing for Personal Data from notifying Customer prior to processing Personal Data.
