THE ROLE

Join our growing engineering team as a key contributor to the design, development, and maintenance of our core product. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, designers, and engineers to ship features that solve real-world problems for our users.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, and reliable code.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and robustness.

  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards and share knowledge with the team.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to improve performance and user experience.

  • Contribute to technical documentation so systems remain understandable and maintainable.

  • Assist in deploying applications and monitoring their performance in production.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Haves

  • Junior level: 0–2 years of professional software development experience.

  • Middle level: 2–3+ years of professional experience with increasing ownership of technical tasks.

  • Proficiency in one or more general-purpose languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Python.

  • Experience with modern web frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte.

  • Experience building and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.

  • Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

  • Familiarity with Git and other version control workflows.

  • Good command of English, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Exposure to Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, or other container technologies.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools.

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum process.

  • Previous experience in a product-focused company or startup environment.
