The platform empowers Agri-MSMEs and farmer clubs — critical stakeholders in Vietnam’s agriculture sector — through comprehensive services such as technology enablement, product traceability, flexible payment terms, and enhanced market access for commercialising agricultural goods.

At TECHCOOP, we view AI not as a collection of tools, but as a fundamental transformation in how we work. This mindset is the most critical qualification for this role. However, we are not looking for engineers who simply use AI tools. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Architect & Build with AI: Own the entire development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment, leveraging AI for everything from code generation and testing to bug fixing.

  • Drive 100% AI Integration: Champion our culture of continuous AI adoption by actively exploring new tools and workflows with the goal of achieving 100% AI integration in your daily work.

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality products.

  • Front-End Proficiency: Deep expertise in modern front-end frameworks, particularly React.js, along with strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.

  • Back-End Proficiency: Solid experience with one or more back-end programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, Java) and building robust, scalable APIs.

  • Database Knowledge: Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • System Design: Ability to lead technical design discussions and make architectural decisions that account for scalability, reliability, and performance.

  • Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and familiarity with CI/CD principles.

  • AI-Powered Productivity: You actively leverage modern AI agents and development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) as an indispensable part of your daily workflow. You have proven experience using them to enhance productivity, improve code quality, and drive innovation.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Previous experience building B2B or SaaS platforms.

  • An interest in agriculture technology or supply chain solutions.
