On March 6, 2026, TechCoop signed a strategic logistics services agreement with Viettel Post — one of Vietnam’s largest state-owned postal and logistics operators. The partnership marks an important step in TechCoop’s mission to build end-to-end operational infrastructure for agricultural trade.

What the Partnership Enables

TechCoop will act as a strategic bridge between Vietnam’s agricultural enterprises and Viettel Post’s logistics and supply chain ecosystem. Under the agreement, TechCoop-connected businesses gain access to:

  • Domestic and international freight — reliable transport across Vietnam’s complex geography and beyond
  • Integrated warehousing solutions — storage capacity that supports the seasonal nature of agricultural production
  • Customs brokerage and clearance — navigating export compliance with institutional support rather than ad hoc handling

Why Logistics Has Been a Bottleneck

Agricultural trade in Vietnam has long been constrained not by production capacity, but by what happens after the harvest. Fragmented logistics providers, inconsistent customs handling, and inadequate storage infrastructure create friction that erodes margins and limits who can access which markets. TechCoop’s platform addresses the supplier-side risk and commercial alignment — but turning that into reliable execution at scale requires a logistics partner with genuine infrastructure.

Viettel Post’s nationwide footprint and customs expertise complement TechCoop’s operational model directly.

What This Means for TechCoop Partners

For producers, aggregators, and buyers working within TechCoop’s network: the partnership means fewer operational surprises, more consistent delivery timelines, and a single accountable partner for logistics that understands the agricultural context. TechCoop continues to own the commercial relationship, supplier risk, and trade execution — Viettel Post provides the physical layer.
