On January 9, 2026, TechCoop launched the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) Program — a structured initiative to advance leadership and digital capacity within Vietnam’s agricultural sector. The program reflects TechCoop’s conviction that sustainable transformation requires developing people alongside systems.
What the CDO Program Delivers
The CDO Program is built around three pillars:
Mentorship & Coaching — Participants receive structured guidance from TechCoop’s leadership team and industry practitioners, building strategic thinking and decision-making skills specific to agribusiness operations.
Scholarships — Outstanding students pursuing study-abroad programs in agriculture, business, and technology receive financial support to access international academic exposure.
Internships & Work Experience — Hands-on placements within TechCoop and partner organizations give participants real operational context — from supplier network management to platform development and trade operations.
Why This Matters for the Sector
Vietnam’s agricultural sector is at an inflection point. Growing international demand, tightening compliance standards, and digital transformation across supply chains are creating real opportunity — but the talent to lead that transformation hasn’t kept pace. The CDO Program is TechCoop’s contribution to building that pipeline.
Looking Forward
TechCoop is committed to expanding scholarship access for high-potential candidates, deepening collaboration with universities and career development organizations across Vietnam, and creating pathways for students to grow into the leaders the sector needs.
We’re grateful to the partners, universities, and students who joined us at launch. The work starts now.
